I am desperately looking for someone who is well versed in the ins and outs of the Indicium system currently in (mis)-use at the ETDP Seta. I have tried contacting various individuals, at branch level, head office and even at Deloittes to help in this regard, but the “underperforming, no-leadership” mentality still prevails.
I need to hook up with somebody via cell and Teamviewer so that I and my capturer can be guided through the whole scenario of uploading results through to acquiring SORs.
We are in possession of the Deloitte guide, but as you are aware, the initial training provided in Midrand and the contents of the guide are both hopelessly inadequate and does not address certain shortcomings.

        Dear Dave,
I have sent you a private email in this regard. I may be able to assist you.

It is such a pity that the ETDP Seta, probably one of the best for may years, has deteriorated to such an extent. What’s worse Dave is that no one seems to care. I suggest you send a report to the CEO of QCTO for some action.

I agree with Des – the authority being exercised by the ETDP Seta is a delegated mandate from the QCTO.
The QCTO is therefore ultimately responsible – a statutory body cannot simply delegate an authority and then wipe their hands of any administration action enacted in their name.
This falls under the Constitutional right to fair administrative action given effect in the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA).
