Do organisations evaluate learning and development? If so, what methods are used and how effective are these methods?
As
part of my current qualification (OD ETD Practitioner NQF 6) I am
conducting a research project on the “ANALYSIS OF THE EVALUATION OF
LEARNING INTERVENTIONS IN ORGANISATIONS”.
This is an excellent
opportunity to contribute to a valuable research project from which
further projects or studies may develop. Should you be interested in

will be used to provide useful data regarding current practices in the
