Can anyone assist me with e-learning QMS for accreditation purposes. I'm am accredited with numerous Setas but now we need to apply for e-learning. The policies that I need are: E-learning facilitation, learner guidance and support, online moderation, online assessment appeals, and learner achievement, co fidentiality and online special needs access procedures.
