    Do you also find it complex and time consuming to coordinate a course and comply with all the admin required by your SETA?

    In particular, when you are a company that is an accredited training provider, but training is not your core business, a course coordinator or administrator could come in quite handy.

    Moreover, the training materials you bought to get your accreditation may not be up to scratch an may need some work to bring it line with the SAQA outlines and your own business preferences.

    I as an accredited provider went through the same process and it was learning by doing in m contacts with the SETA, the assessors and moderators.

    Likewise, I have been adjusting the learning packs that I bought.

    Now I am mentoring other training providers on how to go about it. One of my mentees has recruited me as a course coordinator/administrator.
