Hi All, I need a bit of expert advise.  I have a client (admin work) who has worked from 9h00 till 4h00 with an half an hour lunch with no tea breaks.  The Lecturers had the same time schedule as the admin workers. Time schedule has changed now (admin work) from 8h30 till 5h00 with an half an hour lunch with no tea breaks.  The Lecturers had none changes.  What is the law’s requirements regarding working hours?

carefull, they might argue its a breach of contract, which it is if changes were made without their consent or without discussing it with them.  It all depends on what is stipulated and agreed upon in their contract. wrt breaks, if im not mistaken its 1 hour lunch after 5 consequitive hours of work.
