Good- day,

The following query requires clarification please:

There has been a request from one of the Branches to appoint an intern.

There is a potential candidate that has been identified, however she has only completed the 2^nd yr of the 3 year qualification.

According to the candidate, gaining workplace experiential learning is not a requirement from the University for her to graduate.

Can this candidate be awarded a contract to participate on an internship programme although she has not completed her qualification?

If so, what category would this fall under on the BBBEE Skills Implementation table?
