This Pandemic that we are facing is posing so many challenges,I am seeking advice regarding workplace training of apprentices since they have to spend about 18 months in the workplace physically working for them to meet the requirements of being able to under go trade testing and eventually being fully certified as an artisan.
Since companies are closed where these apprentices were doing their training and it's still not clear when those engineering companies will be allowed to operate, and the apprentices are still receiving stipends my concern is how are the apprentices going to make up foe the lost time and will the funding be extended by the setas.
And another challenge is can technology and online training be used to provide workplace training for engineering apprentices?
