Good day

I have been trying to get provider accreditation from Service Seta for over a year now. I have talked, emailed and phoned every person in the accreditation department numerous times, but without any action being taken. Even the accreditation manager made promises but nothing materialised. It seems like a wholly dysfunctional organisation, to say the least.

Is there anyone that had similar problems and more importantly what route did you take to address the situation? Can one go to SAQA with this?

Any information on how to resolve this issue will be welcome!
