The most critical challenge for business, government and labour is to deal with any potential and significant investment that may be injected through BRICS, Britain, France, Germany and the United States. Our labour force deserves the best and with all of these challenges come opportunities, accountabilities and most importantly our responsibilities.
I am not sure whether we as a nation is able to match the human capital that may be required in order for the machinery of the economic challenges to work. The first of its kind to be introduced in our country entitled "Beyond Leadership" Conference / Workshop will take place in Cape Town in mid January 2016 where the challenges of Leadership and Management essentials will be discussed in relation to human capital employed.
The areas that the conference / workshop facilitator will focus on will include :

A participant handbook will be included in the 2 day conference / workshop that will be covered with videos, discussion groups and individual and team assignments and presentations. Power point presentations will entice the power of knowledge and wisdom of the Heart.
The cost per participant is R 2 500 over the 2 full days that will include early morning registration, tea / coffee, mid morning tea / coffee / juice and refreshments, lunch (dietary requirements), afternoon tea / coffee / juice and refreshments. A further half day seminar / workshop are included in the cost where groups of participants will make presentations on their findings to corporate executives, government officials and labour and will conclude with a notable speaker over lunch.
