With the end of the year in sight now, the final echoes of the Soccer World Cup long gone, we can take stock and see where and what we as training and development practitioners are going to be focusing on for our personal and professional development. The Crucible team has just launched their second biannual survey into training practitioner qualifications and needs.
Some of you completed our previous survey earlier this year. The results of which will be published as a white paper shortly, for free and use by all of you via Skills-Universe.
