My latest book on leadership, This book will give you a good feel of leadership styles across the African continent: From the late Big Dad Idi Amin to Robert Mugabe: from the late Mwalimu Nyerere to Ian Khama: from Cape to Cairo, the leaders that shaped out current political landscape, dead or alive. I have profiled them, compared their styles, their shortcomings, their ruthlessness, their power to build and destroy and their love and hurt of other human beings. This book will be available on Google Books under Dr John Chibaya Mbuya from January 2010.

How my life has changed from a worker to a Boss in a few months. If I could make it in America during the peak of the recession. You can do better than that!
