Hi all,
I am in search of some sort of an acknowledgement "contract" or training contract...
Purpose of which is that we are planning to send unemployed people on a specific training that is practical and based on the outcome of training they will be employed to perform this specialist functions for example cutting leather for car seats.

Now I need to have some sort of document in place to ensure that they complete the training etc.

A three letter problem
Last week I went to the Cape Southern Sun Hotel...a very larny place. I went along with around 400 others, (plus business partner Jane De Sousa) as part of the 'Business meets Cape Cabinet' annual event of the Cape Chamber of Commerce.

Helen Zille and her band of merry men (yes, not one other woman in her Cabinet) allayed our fears and fielded our questions regarding the Western Cape's future in their culpable (sorry, can't spell capable!) hands.

Personnel-ex-l is based in Klerksdorp, North West, and we're looking for a facilitator to train on FAIS 1 & 2. The person who has come through previously is based in Cape Town and seems to be fully booked for now. We have classroom facilities and will make up minimum numbers etc. from our Skills Development Services client base and more if need be. Please let me know whether there is anyone out there prepared to quote for this service.
