While there is a high level of public focus on ethics, leaders of organisations and managers are still frequently faced with ethical dilemmas, constantly placing them under increased pressure. Without a clear organisation statement of their corporate values, and a devoid personal value system, leaders will often find themselves faced with a fog of indecision when it comes to issues of Ethical and Moral Intelligence.

In current developmental phase of the global village, matching leaders and manager’s personal values and ethical standards with those of their organisation, and what impact this has on decision-making will be interesting to observe.
