Looking at all the strikes and loss of income for everyone involved, it is obvious that we all have some awareness of these problems.
Industries differ and politics and regulations does have an impact, but are we not inventing new solutions anymore or at least applying old solutions in more effective ways?
I was reading a study of how effective rewards programs is and even if only a small part of people engage in it, it has a great positive spin to it.
