HRD-Cordinator Position in the Casino in Welkom-(Permanent Post)


Below are the requirements:

« Coordinate and organize every aspect of all training requirements for staff, including assessment of training providers, scheduling and training tools

« Compile monthly reports on training progress and evaluation

« Align training interventions in line with the Tsogo Academy and Company Strategic Goals

« Assist the HR Manager in compiling and administering the annual training budget

« Complete the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) & Annual Training Report (ATR) and BBBEE

« Presentation of courses and orientation of new employees 

« Maintain and administer accurate learning &development records including the database regularly

« Ensure compliance to Skills Development Act and all related legislation

« Continuously research better training methods and implement improvements on a regular basis

« Add real value to Line Management by assisting them to identify and fulfil their departments’ training

    requirements leading to improved team productivity

« Manage all planning, reporting and implementation of special projects linked to positive living and staff

    participation in national and international wellness promotions

 

If you have these qualifications: Matric (NQF 4), HR qualification (NQF 5),SDF / OD ETDP, Assessor, Moderator, VIP Report Writing, Skills and ODBC, numeric skills, verbal & written English skills with sound MS Office knowledge, Great organizational skills, a proven keen customer service focus, energy and drive to get the job done, and a minimum of three years’ proven experience in Learning and Development or similar position
