Well if the Department of Higher Education and CHE was willing to work faster and make registration and accreditation more accessible for Private Institutions there would not be this problem.  There are many private institutions that are willing to take the outcasts or over populated number of students - however it seems that this is being sabotaged and no willingness to even share the ones they dont want or have a place for.

Very sad indeed.There is need therefore, to put in a recruitment and selection system that deters crowding at the campus.
