Congrats to Barack Obama for creating history, yet again.

I am thrilled to listen to his victory speech. It is full of energy, passion, optimism amd hope.

There are wonderful lessons to learn on Leadership from Mr. Obama.

Although we're not the richest and although our military is not as strong, those words apply equally to South Africa.
