First of all i thank u for ur inviation sir,
as u said m.tech in hrd is very good, but in india most of the people dont know about this course, but people who are in abroad saying its really a good course, whether its really a good course, if i try jobs in foreign countries, whether i can get the job easily, whats ur comments on this sir, can u help me in this
Thanks for the invitation. Your blog is impressive, the topics relevant and well argued. I am quite busy setting up my training and development consultancy and although I follow developments on the skills development website, I have so far hardly particpated actively in its discourses. That status quo will however soon be altered once I have all my strategies aligned. I am sure we will be able to achieve some synergy around topics of mutual interest and perhaps, who knows in future collaborate on some projects.
Thanks for contacting me via this site on the 9th July...I was not very active on this site since then and was not able to respond to your request...i was busy with a SDF course and assisting here and there while being unemployed...
I see you requested some information ....if possible can you contact me per e-mail on gfransman@vodamail.co.za as i need to have more clarity...
i have lloked at your page but all this is quite new to me as i have a legal background and have just joined this industry so i have alot to learn, any assistance would be really appreciated
I have been actively involved in Information Technology training and development focusing on the business aspects for the last ten years. I have developed courses for the previously disadvantaged individuals and have ran many a successful project aimed at reducing the IT skills gap of first year students at Universities. This module has become a compulsory bridging course for all students registering for a commerce degree.
I am currently working on an incubator project to bridge the gap between IT and business students with the intention of creating successful entrepreneurs at a private tertiary institution. One of my long term goals is to become an expert in facilitating both leaderships skills, coaching and mentorship and being an excellent motivational speaker.
Apart from the training aspect, I have had two businesses, one a transport company and the other an electronics imports business. My passion for skills development and empowerment has for the last couple of years taken priority though:)
Looking forward to working with you to create a better South Africa for all. Hope to gain some valuable info from your experiences.
