Thanks for your welcome - I really look forward being a member of this group. I'm sure there will be a lot of interestings things to read and learn. Starting a Coaching and Mentoring group would be a wonderful initiative seeing that a number of people and companies are showing a tremendous interest in this movement and are benefiting from it. I have just been looking at the groups. I am not sure where I fit in and wouldlike to suggest a group for freelance workplace training / learning consultants. I believe we have a great deal to offer. Any comments?
