MISSION: Provide support to the Port Engineer for all Port Civil maintenance activities as per the Port Maintenance Manual so as to ensure continuous availability of infrastructure and compliance to applicable legislation.
OUTPUTS: Ensure that Civil infrastructure and assets are maintained safely and in compliance with all statutory requirements, company policies, standing instructions and safe working procedures. Compile and manage Civil maintenance operating budgets and cash flows. MISSION: To ensure that proper security is implemented within the TNPA SAP Systems to support proper segregation of duties, maintain configurable controls, restrict developer access and access to sensitive transactions and data. The PSI Analyst is also responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing SAP Security measures, which are in line with audit compliance & best practices within the TNPA SAP landscape.
OUTPUTS: • Controlling access to the TNPA SAP R/3 system in accordance to business requirements.
• Monitoring/auditing of standards and control measures to determine the application of SAP R/3 application control measures(key indicators are audit trails supplied by the system and audit reports)
• The training of the TNPA user community, TNPA SAP R/3 process teams and management in the methodology of user access control procedures in practice for SAP R/3 application security.
• Investigation and analyzing of serious incidents with regards to TNPA SAP R/3 system breaches and the implementation of preventative measures.
