Dear Friends at Skill Universe,

I am feel very dissapointed with the issue with regards to Statement of Results from the ETDP-SETA.

I completed 6 unit standards as stand alone unit standards.

When I approached the provider for my SoR, they said that their windows is closed because they are being re-accredited and that they cannot access DataNet to download my SoR.

I also requested the same from ETDP-SETA. Nobody seems to take an interest and I am frustrated just trying to get hold of someone from the ETDP-SETA.

If you are a provider with the ETDP-SETA, maybe you can help to download the SoR for me.

The SoR is urgently required by me for registration as a constituent assessor and moderator with another SETA.

I would appreciate all the help

Regards

Good Day

I understand that the SOR number is my certificate number. The Training Manager does not understand this. Please give me URGENT assistance on this.

Kind regards

I would like to suggest you contact Lorraine at ETDP SETA - LorraineM@etdpseta.org.za or Linda - LindaK@etdpseta.org.za They are very helpful and deal with SOR's

Dear Sachinder

ETDP SETA is definitely the most efficient of the SETAs we deal with - they are very quick to respond, and most helpful - therefore this is an exception. Compared to some of the other SETAs we work with, ETDP SETA is the only one that issues SORs immediately, and full qualification certificates deliverd to our doorstep literally within a week or two.  They are truly a joy to work with and we regret that they are not our primary SETA!  It is actually the responsibility of the Provider to upload you as soon as your results have been verified by the SETA.  If they are currently 'out of the loop,' you may be able to approach another accredited Provider and provide them with you ID number to get a copy of your SOR.  Of course, if your original Provider has not had the results upheld, or uploaded successful candidates, that is another matter.  But you cannot blame the ETDP SETA for this.  If you are still battling to get your results, e-mail your ID number to us and my quality team will help you - katherine@dionysus.co.za

This is very strange, last time I delt with ETDP-SETA, everytime I received a certificate from the provider it came with statement of results of all the unit standards I completed. Anyway if you still get no joy just shout.

good day Sachinder, i am also in support of ETDP SETA efficiency... if your problem is not sorted yet please forward me your ID i am more than willing to help you in getting your SOR... only if the provider has loaded your information and results it shouldn’t even take more than 3 days to be loaded onto the system.

My contacts are Kholwani@nimico-training.com / 011 4754043

As ultimately SAQA is responsible for the records of qualifications why don't you try customercare@saqa.org.za

they should be able to assist.  Please let us know if they do - or not.

ETDP Seta is usually the most efficient with SoR's, follow this up as one bad apple could tarnish a great track record
