Naledi Pandor asks: Why are women the majority at universities but invisible in national & international debate?

Posted on August 31, 2013 at 16:29 0 Comments

Programme Director, Students.

Thank you for the opportunity to speak at this event celebrating women’s month.

Our post-apartheid democracy has advanced the rights and status of women in South Africa. In school girls have equal access to boys and are performing at improved levels in many subjects. In higher education women are more than 50% of the student body, and while we all want to see more of them in scarce disciplines we are proud of their progress.

In clinics and…

Mignon Hardie has been involved with the start-up and management of a number of SMEs including the Fundza Literacy Fund where she is a trustee and trust manager.

She’s warm-hearted with a welcoming charisma, down-to-earth nature and a genuine ‘do good’ approach to life that makes one question what the real purpose of life is. During her MBA at Stellenbosch University, it was the combination of learning about value-based organisations and the work philosophy of ‘make meaning, not…

I would like to make some enquiries with regard to the tarrifs being used when selling or pricing the learning material. A master copy consist of Training Manual, Facilitators Guide, Leaner's Guide and Powerpoint Presentation of the manual. How to charge when someone requests you produce material for him, example 25 learners, do I charge per learner per manual? Your prompt is highly appreciated.
