Hi Sylvia , I have been lecturing at FET from 2005 but in and out on contracts , Have a Fshion Diploma through Tshwane University of Technology . My work is outstanding and love teaching but I have been through so many interviews but no luck of finding a job. I went for an interview at my own college 2 weeks ago , 1 lady from the panel said she does not understand why with such high quality of work still want to come and teach . I love teaching with all my heart. I have achieved so much even for the college itself but still they did not take me , they employed someone else . I am tired of job hunting . I want to work as a learning material developer but I dont know where to start . I have even gone back to school to study education through Unisa . It feels like my qualification is useless if it can't provide a living for me , It feels like I have hit the rock bottom . I don't know what to do now all I know is that I want to do something with education , I have Fashion Design, Assessor and teaching experience . Please help me.

UBUNTU reminds everybody who was a Bantu education victim the 1976 unrest. Ubuntu is scary, quality education without this label Ubuntu should ultimately be implemented. The children of South Africa deserve to get educated and that's what their parents want according to Human Rights. Quality education will create jobs. A country without education will continue with conflicts and to avoid this it'll be very good to remove the cause.

ls great to join individuals who believe in skills development in SA...am honoured to be here and will love to know more....l love training youths to own their life and make the best from it.it pays to teach young people of every nation to identify what they can do at a very young age so they can perfect as they grow older..thats developing skills.

Morning Mates
I would like to make some enquiries with regard to the tarrifs being used when selling or pricing the learning material. A master copy consist of Training Manual, Facilitators Guide, Leaner's Guide and Powerpoint Presentation of the manual. How to charge when someone requests you produce material for him, example 25 learners, do I charge per learner per manual? Your prompt is highly appreciated.
