Hi Len,
I believe you are right, but at the same time we need to be strategic in such approach. I have been patient enough this year, mainly because I realise that I have made a considerable investment in this programme and I do not need to make enemies in the SETA, and also because it is not our main focus to fight administrative battles! However, there is always a tipping point..... I am waiting for promised reaction by the ETQA manager in regards to the assessor registration issue. I will also wait for Friday to receive the promised programme evaluation results. Regardless of the results,I will set up an appointment with the Chairperson, document the process thus far, and make some suggestions to improve communication, tracking systems and turn-around time. Hopefully I will receive some feedback on such and then I could take it a level higher should it be necessary. I think that the Minister has appointed the new boards as a representation of himself, and hopefully we can test the efficiency thereof! But thanks for the encouragement of all the postings, I will keep in touch.
