Apologies for replying to you so much later. I have been "off the radar" for a while. I would like to find out more with regards to what your proposal is and will send you an e-mail shortly. I suppose conversation will be difficult as we are based in different provinces, but e-mails are a start...

e-learning is an electronic learning.I mean is for mobile learners,it is very good for mobile students collboration.I recomend it for both formal and informal learning it is very flexy learning. In my tech language I can say you need to be tech wise so that you will understand how to use your tools as a learner or lecture.
As you must have noticed, I am a campus manager for CTU Training Solutions, an IT training co, who offers Microsogt certified training.
I have a number of matriculants, black, who are really gifted, but cannot afford the studies and there are so many companies out there who are not utilising their skills levies positively toward upgrading/upskilling our young people.
I would like to be able to offer these student an opportunity, and will take on as many learnerships as I can get.
