I am a certified trainer and facilitator with ETDP-Sector Education Training Authority Certificated/Registered facilitator,South African Council of Educators Certificated/Registered. I am a member of Institute of Analyst Programmers,London and hold B.SC.(Computer Sciences)& MBA
I have designed ICT policies and strategies;
• Led and undertook programme design, policy development, materials
development, with deliverables and deadlines achieved.
• Undertook consultancy assignments in the area of ICT for development in
Commonwealth developing countries(Nigeria and South Africa);
I had extensive experience in functional areas of System Admin, Customer Support, Business Development, Systems Management & Network Management. Actively participated in all phases of networking projects viz. need / requirement analysis, network design, product selection & evaluation, technical & commercial negotiations, network implementation, management & administration. International experience with international institutions-cowries in post conflict environments, and varied professional consultancy work with The World bank, & Civil Service Commission of Delta state of Nigeria in the field of Information Technology Consultancy and Project Implementation.
