Hi Victoria

Good to hear from you.

RPL is my passion.   I am a staunch believer that RPL is an excellent manner to empower individuals with merit by creating new learning paths. I am employed by the University of the UFS.   I have been blessed to be seconded from 2004-2012 from the UFS to a Regional RPL Consortium that delivered RPL services for Central University of Technology, Free State School of Nursing, the University of the Free State and other clients interested in RPL.

We gained wonderful experience in the contexts where we worked. Especially the Universities of TeEchnology and the Nursing field.

Currently I am the RPL manager at the UFS' RPL Office that works under the auspices of the Centre for Teaching and Learning. The UFS is very progressive in RPL and top management and the departments is very positive about RPL.

You are welcome to send me the document mentioned.

Looking forward to hear from you

Hi Victoria,I just read your comment on the book that you read and I believe this story spoke to me directly .I 'm currently working under a bully Boss like that and what I find out nou is that they pretent to the outside world that you want to took their job.she even told my union rep that she's on myside and its me who are the problem.

I went for counselling and I did deside to involve our GM if this will continue.

Thanks for the advise and your willingness to share your experience.

Regards

James
