An upcoming SABPP learning event in Cape Town on 19 November 2014.  As you might have heard by now the SABPP has designed and is busy rolling out, a set of National Standards for HR.  This is a 1st in the history of HR in SA and our standards have also been received well internationally. On 19 November the SABPP will run a workshop in the Western Cape where these HR standards will be explained as well as some training on the audit process for these standards provided. See More

• Record management / Bookkeeping

• Drafting business proposals / plans

• Sales / marketing (advertising/ promotions / branding / pricing and displaying, etc)

• The basics of networking

The materials should have if possible:

Hi Victoria,I just read your comment on the book that you read and I believe this story spoke to me directly .I 'm currently working under a bully Boss like that and what I find out nou is that they pretent to the outside world that you want to took their job.she even told my union rep that she's on myside and its me who are the problem.

I went for counselling and I did deside to involve our GM if this will continue.

Thanks for the advise and your willingness to share your experience.
