What does legislation say around informal training providers, does anyone know?Example of a company that trains courses, but does not want to belong to a SETA, as the course is not aligned to SAQA.Continue

"Ja but, if Microsoft USA was the provider how could they become accredited, even if the unit standards existed for their courses? In other words (to the best of my knowledge) a foreign based provider cannot be accredited, or am I wrong?"
