"Hi Rochelle Personally, I do not believe the SETA has a right to insist on this (I may be wrong). If you only deliver a level one programme you do not have to be registered with Umalusi or need to be a PTY Ltd. so this could be the initial way out…"

Greetings all! I am rhe director of a non profit organisation that has several projects: an HIV clinic which provides free VCT and wellness programmes, Prevention and OVC Care and a capacity building arm which involves VCT and ART HIV counselling training ( aligned to HWSETA Unist standards),  in Durban. If you then look at the top right where your name appears you will see join HIV/AIDS group. Click on this and follow any other prompts that appear. Good luck.
If this gives you any problems just try to respond to any of the discussions in the group. The system will automatically tell you that you must be a member. It will ask you if you witsh to become a member.
