1. Academic and Operation
management of the academic rollout,managent of lecturer, ensuring the customer service is achieved,managent of operations of the campus, providing leadership to the employee of the college, managing learners and their concerns
2. Finance and Assets
management of assets,preparing assets register and assets reconciliation,recording and oversee the movement of assets.
Management of debtors age analysis,reporting to the finance director,collection and dealing with problem concerning the debtors.
3. Human Resources
Management of staff handle hr problem,employee's leave,recruiting and conducting interview to fill vancant position.
Management of health and safety of employee at work,conduct health and safety checklist,address the health and safety problem and come up with recommandation and report to cluster director.
