Surely if we had such "reputable learning" places for all  time long,and  question the credibility of their qualification now, whom do we blame?  institutions or weak regulatory policies ? It pains to nullify attended qualification and it should be  criminal if people knew what is right and choose not do it. when shall we ever see people take ownership and responsibility of their own greed in our country ?   SAD and UNFORTUNATESee More
