remeber I enquired about that membership registration to SABPP? two sets of forms - I completed and sent you BOTH? not sure which were the correct ones to submit? Talent Management - Well - lots of debate there - do we necessarily need to retain talent? Are employers not suppose to be creating a greenhouse for maximised growth and development for whoever pass through... since we do not always grow tomatoes to get one biggie and take it to the show... we grow it to feed the nation! - with our unemployement rate and recession etc - we should not have a show it off mentality - we should be thinking how could my company be the best breeding ground for the maximum impact to economy and society - OK OK I remember I live in LALA Land!... But come on - we need to challenge thinking and venture into the new millenium - its 9 years after 2000!!!
