My core business is designing and facilitating training programmes. I am a keen proponent of using interactive training games and exercises as I know first-hand how these techniques really engage programme participants in the learning process.

I tend to think the exact same way as you with regards to engaging participants in facilitation and coaching/mentoring sessions. Perhaps we can meet up and discuss this, possibly expanding your offering to your existing clients as part a greater solution.
Thank you for your Training games group-think it is a very important group to have and I will be adding my comments avidly-hopefully with response.
I was wondering if you would be interested in becoming a mentor as part of our Youth Empolyability programme we are embarking on? Or if you know of anyone who would be keen and suitable? It is an excellent initiative.
