- Tell us about what you do
- I am a Human Resources Development Practitioner. An Assessor & Moderator registered with Services SETA for Labour Recruitment Services qualification as well as other several Unit Stds. I compile training & learning materials. My areas of interest and expertise are: HR Policy Development, Induction, Productivity and Quality improvement, Customer retention, Train-the-trainer, SDF and Outcomes-based Assessment. As a motivational speaker, I facilitate and present for change! I also facilitate learning sessions in NQF Principles, Skills Development Facilitator and Outcomes-based Assessment. All my sessions have emotional intelligence cutting through them, as a value-add.

Dear Sir I volunteered for 9 years in the field of Life Skill,Coaching and Computer Skills as a facillitator.
I have rendered my services in Port Elizabeth,Uitnahage and Somerset East in the Eastern Cape.
I have attended many short courses in these field I have mentioned. I've also attended an assessor course in 2008.
My main challenge is that I don't have a formal qualification like a Degree, When ever I applied I don't get a job but I
do have a comptent skill.The highest stipend I have received in 2011 was R 2200.00
I wish to grow up financially, what can you suggest to this challenge.
Where can I register as a Proffesional Trainer and Assessor I have a vast experience in the field of trainning
and a great passion of my work.Please assisi me.

My main duties is to make sure that when allocations are in place you don't have to worry about the candidates which are graduates because I specialized in Graduates Recruitment and I always have a fresh database for new season in place like now.
I have been doing this since 2007 and we have already given over 7000 unemployed graduates employment and business opportunities through internship programs which are 75% gain-full employment after six month period and the companies I work with have rreceived "Gain-full Employment Awards 2010"
