- My latest contract was at the higher education institution in the part-time faculty of Cornerstone Institute to lecture the first year conflict resolution module. Duties include preparation of course outline, which comprises curriculum development, materials development, literature compilation and setting assessments with required criteria for grading. Other duties include lecturing, marking and updating the online learner management system for the course. At the end of last year I prepared the course content, developed training material, compiled the course reader and designed assessments for the Conflict Resolution and Negotiation course for second year Community Development students.
I am currently completing my OD ETDP diploma and teaching the SDF component thereof at an accredited training company.
