Tell us about what you do
I have been married for 38 years and yes...to the same man...:-) We left the UK in 1982 to start a new life in South Africa with our 2 young daughters. 31 yrs later we are still here & now have 2 grandchildren.

We all live close by to one another in Durban on the east coast of South Africa. Our home is close to a nature reserve where the vervet monkeys come to play in our garden each day.
About My Business
I've been working online now for almost 6 years. I have certainly had my share of failure and success and have learned that success is normally determined by these simple elements: determination, commitment, persistence, patience, COMMUNICATION and above all Team Work!

I've also learned that the most important and rewarding aspect of Network Marketing is the relationships that are built - both in business and personally.

My main goal is to continue to develop those relationships, helping as many people as I can to achieve success in building confidence and creating a stable future (financial and otherwise) for themselves and their families.

Motivation is the Key

Here is another angle to the Principle of Service and how you can use it to motivate yourself.

The principle of service states that the demand of your service is determined by the quality of your service.

This has been a strong motivator for me as a Platinum member of Be Motivated Today. I realized that if I offered an excellent program, more people would want to sign up with me. This motivated me to try harder with my marketing efforts. I don't think it was perfect, but I always tried my best. I was motivated by the financial implications.

Tom Hopkins says: "The income you earn is little more than a scoreboard reflection of the service you give."

If you know that your livelihood, a promotion, or even your career depends on it, then you are motivated to put in your best effort. You will get to work early, stay late and work during lunch because you know that if you produce excellent work, you will be rewarded.

Let this principle motivate you when you are feeling demotivated at work.
