- Assessor Moderator SDF and OD EDT Practitioner (nqf6). I am the Operational Manager and a Shareholder of the CBA FET College. I Facilitate Soft Skills such as Conflict Management, Leadership Development, and Business Administartion courses. I am also the regional Advisor for the INSETA in the Free State and the representative for the ASDFSA in the Free State.

ISOE
I served as Vice Chair - and later Chair for ISOE Free State - but Services were the funder of this program and the ISOE has been debolished March 2011 seizing to exist. We recommend that you consider ASDFSA professional body or the TAPPP for private providers or other institutions for information purposes.

It is all starting to sound very unfair for you and your team. The ETQA has to provide you with a quantified external verification, moderation or monitoring visit report. That is standard policy for the whole process. My suggestion is that you communicate in writing to the ETQA Manager of this specific SETA and request the report from their office directly. Do you have any proof of the request for a bribe from the verifier? I will also try and get hold of another friend of mine who has been an ETQA Manager at two different SETA's for some advice for you.

From what i can tell there is nothing to worry about in the forseeable future. The structure of the proposed programmes as envisaged by the QCTO will leave the door open for Skills Programmes and Developmental programmes. These will be the standard sort of one to two day in house programmes as we know them. Let's wait and see what happens in April when the QCTO should be active.
By the way I am trying to set up some workshops in Bloemfontein dealing with NDSDS III. I am in contact with Biance Ann P Moll in this regard. Do you know her?
