I am a Transactional Analyst (CTA)(O). I consult to organisations in OD, using TA as the basis for my work. TA is a theory of personality and a systematic psychotherapy for personal growth and personal change.
As applied in organisations, it is used in management, communications training, and organisational analysis, to improve working relationships, problem-solving, and organisational efficiency.
