- I am a partner in Dramatic Solutions, and am passionate about people and team development. I come from a corporate UK background, am a Past President of Two Oceans Toastmasters, and award winning actress. My partner Jane De Sousa has a Masters Degree in adult education and has written and developed training material for the past 16 years. Together we use all these skills and talents to train in the corporate, NGO and education sectors with courses on Creative Thinking, Mentorshipand Learnership Programmes, Leadership, Communication, Realising Personal Potential and Team Building.

A three letter problem
Last week I went to the Cape Southern Sun Hotel...a very larny place. I went along with around 400 others, (plus business partner Jane De Sousa) as part of the 'Business meets Cape Cabinet' annual event of the Cape Chamber of Commerce.
