It looks like you have a cut and dried case.  Take it to court.  The Magistrates Court and the small claims court are often protective of the underdog.  Small claims court very uncomplicated for amounts up to R7000.  I can advise you.  021-7884672

Hi Lynette,

Our accreditation is with SASSETA. When I joined this company, it was in quite a mess and i upgraded our QMS. I am intrested to find a "paperless" QMS that we can upload policies and procedures to, and it can control documents etc. If I had to explain what I would be interested in, i would say its a combination of a Learner Management System, together with a Quality Management System. If it produced EE and WSP/ATR reports, that would be fantastic.

Dear Lynette, thank you very much for the friend request. I hope you are well? Are you based in Johannesburg? Do you have time to facilitate financial skills training or are you a full-time employee of the Law Society? My best, Ashwell
