- I am a seasoned educator and has been involved in training students at, school, university and ABET level for almost 18 years. I have trained delegates in the Public Corporate and Private Sector. The later being in various government departments with the Department of Health, Department of Sport and Recreation and Department of Education (Strategic Planning and Service Delivery).
I have been involved in the training on the PSLDP (Presidential Leadership Program) program. My success as a facilitator in KZN for the Strategic Management and Performance Management Modules has had far reaching results in the development of staff in various government departments.
I have been involved in Skills Training and SDF forums, workplace skills plan workshops and various other training and development initiatives. This in particular has helped me understanding methodology and terminology of the skills development act in South Africa.
My ongoing relationship with the University of Stellenbosch and the institute’s language center’s training initiatives has lead to exceptional level of competence in training both in English and Afrikaans. Some of my expertise in training effective minute writing and minute writing as a specialized report type has been a very popular choice amongst various organisation and government departments on the yearly training calendar.
I am a very well organized individual, with excellent leadership and communication skills. I strongly believe that the dynamic development of the people in South Africa through learnerships and other skills development training initiatives will assist with job creation and poverty alleviation. These training programmes can play a vital role if the role-out and implementations are done according to the set parameters and guidelines of the different ETQA’s.
My presentation skills are from an exceptional standard and I have been invited to do presentation at the IQPC conferences and Gender Equity forums.
I am committed to training and education and believes the future of our country and its economic growth is essential for all citizens. This will only be possible with continues positive efforts of all role players and stakeholders towards developing people.

The amended Skills Development Act defines Apprentices as Learners. In the past Apprentices fell under the old Manpower Training Act. But I haven't found case law for either.
