My masters thesis (published by the IBKM, Carl von Ozzietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany in 2010) entitled: "The integration of adolescents of immigrant origin into the German education system. Investigating Everyday racism and Xenophobia: A case study of an integrated public secondary school in Germany" was completed in partial submission for my Masters in Diversity Studies (2009).
I facilitate diversity workshops and engage in consulting as well as diversity interventions. The workshops focus on race, gender, dis/ability, mutlicultural communication and xenophobia.
