With the new proposed amendments to the EE Act , Employers , HR Managers & EE Managers should seriously be looking at compliance.As an EE Specialist , I have found that most think they do comply , and actually do not , leaving them open huge fines and legal proceedings from Dept of Labour.Eg : Yes I do have an EE Plan.
