Currently my position is that of Operations Manager.
My duties entail the following:
> Control day-to-day operations pertaining to the organizations operational requirements as an accredited provider
> Function as the organizations Skills Development Facilitator.
> I conduct internal audits and employee performance reviews in order to establish training needs and prioritize them according to achieve organizational as well as individual objectives.
> Maintaining and implementing a training management system in line with organizational Quality Management Systems for internal training and skills development requirements.
> Costing and budgeting for training as well as the tracking and record-keeping thereoff.
> Submitting Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training reports to the organizations Primary SETA as a skills development levy paying organization in order for Mandatory as well as Discretionary Grant approvalls for learnerships and Skills Programmes.
I am also a registered facilitator and assessor with the following SETAs
> TETA-Registered
> CETA-Registered
> MQA-Awaiting
> HWSETA-Awaiting
> SERVSETA-Awaiting
> FIETA-Awaiting

Not too sure if I should give you my sympathy on that or congratulations- family can be a major problem, If you want some family I will give you mine, but on a no return basis.

The surname is very unusual and I work with Belinda who is also an assessor- how strange is that. You have popped up on my facebook page too, so we must have contacts in common.
