5 TOP TECHNIQUES FOR ENGAGING A GENERATIONALLY DIVERSE WORKFORCE

The other day I was having a discussion with someone who is more than 20 years my senior. He remarked how complex and difficult business and life has become. Things are being done so differently and technology dominates the marketplace. He admitted to being a technophobe and for the most part either unwilling or unable to make use of the various technologies that so many of us take for granted. It is challenging enough to get him to use his cellphone for much more than taking and receiving…See More

Hi Jared. This is part of our long-term strategy as we have just started with the prelimiaries of getting accreditation and learning the ropes of being compliant. This an opportunity that can be explored and maybe we should touch base at some point.

Thanks for connecting Jared. I work as an educator in Hospitality and I am also involved in assisting providers with accreditation. I have a unique programme aimed at informing people of how to get accredited.

Thank for the enquiry Jared. One of my coaching clients in training has grown her business beyond expectations after a few sessions with me. We identified her personal brand messages, repackaged her offerring and then developed a networking and referral plan to communicate her messages to earn trust and get referrals. A number of independent trainers attend my rare public workshops as well. I'm also a trainer and I live my own message to get more clients.

here's a link to my next event where I will show delegates How To Make Money with the Knowledge, Skills and Experience.

Innovative Methods to Engage and Motivate Learning

Posted on May 28, 2014 at 9:24 0 Comments

What does an IR code have to do with learning? Is innovation in the world of learning only applicable to the millennial generation? Are more mature learners satisfied with the current pedagogical strategies that are employed in adult learning environments?

These are seemingly arbitrary questions that are often not considered by many educators today for a number of reasons. They are also questions that cannot be dealt with effectively unless we have a better…

So Many Options - Which Do I Choose?

Posted on August 28, 2013 at 15:46 0 Comments

Learning and development is paramount if businesses and people are to succeed. It is that simple! What is not simple is what types of adult-based education are most appropriate; what combinations of interventions are most valuable; and what is needed most within companies from a skills perspective. These are just some of the broader issues that need to be considered when making a decision that can literally affect the entire business and potentially an…

"Oh, The Places You'll Go" With Game-Based Learning

In my opinion these skills and attributes, and how they are treated, are critical success factors in the learning and development process. Learning is a systematic process of applying oneself, making mistakes, evaluating those mistakes and…
