Rolf Kühnast said… Hi Irene, I sent them a stinking email this morning. I let them understand that I will not hesitate to blacklist them, should they not settle forthright.
I certainly will not run workshops for them anymore, unless they settle the full amount in advance.
Sadly, I have also just been let down by an event management co. We agreed on a daily rate with director 1. He left shortly after, to form his own co.
Director 2 asked me to continue working with them. Did one workshop, and when I invoiced them, was sent a threatening mail, to reduce my fees by 30%, or else.
To show goodwill, I gave them a 15% discount. By return mail, they cancelled two workshops later this year!
It's a jungle out there!

The programs that I need are the following:

- Supervisory Skills (3 Days) unit standard 14667 at NQF Level 4 worth 10 credits
