Hi Innocent, you must remember that most construction staff are "hard core" and are not very polite when it comes to communication. My husband has been in the construction industry for 30 years and I too struggle to understand how they communicate. I sometimes have to remind him that I am his wife and not one of the "boys" because he is so used to swearing, dictating, yada yada on site.
