As Performance Consultant, I liaise with business unit leaders & SME’s to assess and diagnose performance issues and relevant learning needs i.t.o. people, processes, compliance, leadership etc, and provide appropriate solutions to develop skills for performance, measure improvement and ensure compliance;-
I design and development;- Learning programs and the relevant assessment and measurements; new training framework solutions and strategies i.e: Design, develop and implement new models for Academies and corporate universities ; Analyse and improve existing L&D frameworks as well as learning material.
