I am the manager of Skills and Learnership Administration (SaLA) assisting mostly SMME's but any organisation with their skills development partaking and management of all benefits like mandatory grants, discretionary grants and learnerships.

Most of our clients are allocated to the HWSETA where we manage learnerships (Pharmacist assistants) from enrolment at an accredited training provider, ETQA and HWSETA. See that all registrations certificates are received, especially the enrolment learnership certificate and completion certificates so that the organisation can claim the relevant up to R20 000 enrolment and ending up to R30 000.
