Have the following functions:
• SETA Project Management
• training of staff
• planning and scheduling of interventions
• assignment of staff to clients
• responsibility for the full travel, record keeping, administration and reporting function around SDF interventions
• including requests for extension, client complaints, etc, balance project invoices
• Being a point of contact for all SETA/SETA client/ employer queries on all SDF matters
• Auditing all SDF documentation prior to authorisation by the MD, and handling and controlling all corrections of rejected items
• Administrating and completing all tenders relevant to The Group, member of Exco and Manco
• Visit clients in all parts of SA to prepare WSPs, ATRs and related documents for SETAs, Attending SETA workshops
• Management of staff – Internal and External
• ABET
• Recruitment
• Tenders
• Marketing
• Strategic Management and Planning
• Quoting
• Telephonic assistance with client queries, making appointments with clients
• Policies and Procedures, QMS Systems
